Year-over-year real estate sales volume increases in the Vail Valley

As fresh snow welcomes holiday weekend visitors to the Vail Valley, Vail Multiple Listing Service data reflects an increase in total real estate sales volume compared to last year. In January 2025, Eagle County had $185,561,001 in total sales, up from $169,771,382 in January 2024.

In January 2025, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty achieved $25,582,000 in sales volume in Eagle County to kick off the year in the top spot for real estate companies, with 7.57% of total sales volume. The average transaction for LIV SIR brokers in the Vail Valley was $1,827,286 in January 2025, according to data provided by the Vail MLS.

Top January sales by LIV SIR include a Cordillera home represented by brokers David McHugh and Heather Losa that closed for $6.5 million.
