The developer of Frontgate | Avon and LIV Sotheby’s International Realty are thrilled to announce that the newest luxury development in the Vail Valley recently opened Phase II of the condominium building, resulting in over $40 million in closings during December 2024 and January 2025.
Frontgate | Avon has already achieved an impressive total sales volume of over $180 million. All 45 Phase I condominiums have sold, and 17 Phase II condominiums have sold. Three of the nine townhomes have closed as well.
